WHAT THE EXPERIENCE INCLUDES 1️⃣ Guided Stretch & Mobility Session (30 minutes) We begin with slow, assisted movement to: > Release surface tension >Improve circulation > Prepare the body for deeper recovery This is not a workout but an intelligent preparation of the body. 2️⃣ Heat Therapy (Sauna or Equivalent) (20–30 minutes) Heat is used to: > Soften tissue > Calm the nervous system > Support detoxification and relaxation This phase allows the body to open naturally before hands-on work begins. (Client-provided sauna or therapist portable heat setup.) 3️⃣ Sports Recovery Massage (90 minutes) A focused, full-body massage designed to: > Address chronic tension > Support recovery from training, travel, or stress > Improve how the body feels and moves afterward > Calm and relax your mind Pressure is intentional, not aggressive. 4️⃣ Guided Breathwork & Meditation with Aromatherapy (20–30 minutes) We close the session by: > Settling the nervous system > Integrating the work done on the body > Creating a sense of clarity and groundedness > Simple breath cues and quiet presence - nothing performative.
